Simplification of Business Registration Rules
The National Department of Business Registration and Integration (DREI) published on June 15, 2020, Normative Instruction 81, which consolidates 56 rules issued by the agency referred to since 2013 into a single rule. In addition, it changes some of its rules to facilitate and reduce the bureaucracy of procedures related to business registration. Check it out.
