Mirella da Costa Andreola is a partner of the corporate, contracts and M&A area at Machado Associados. With more than 10 years of experience in providing legal advice to local and foreign clients, she works with all sort of contracts and corporate matters, including corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and foreign investments in Brazil.
Mirella also has experience in civil litigation, which grants her a distinctive perspective in the consulting area. Her clients are important companies in Brazil from the infrastructure, technology, and education sectors.
