Since Machado Associados’ foundation, Isabel acts as a consultant specialized in taxation matters with emphasis on direct taxes in Brazil and Latin America. She has also an important role in advising on matters regarding mergers and acquisitions, investments abroad, and corporate restructuring, both in national territory and internationally.
